It is with great pleasure that the Board of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) formally invites you to attend the 2010 Annual Conference at the Christchurch Convention Centre, Christchurch, New Zealand from 4-6 July 2010.

All participants are required to officially register. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (unless otherwise specified) and are inclusive of 12.5% New Zealand GST.

Members
Early Bird (by 5 May 2010) @ $880.00
Full Registration (after 5 May 2010) @ $990.00

Non Members
Early Bird (by 5 May 2010) @ $1110.00
Full Registration (after 5 May 2010) @ $1220.00

Reduced Fee
Reduced Fee @ $660.00 (applicable to current members of AFAANZ who are full time higher degree research students; first time AFAANZ Conference attendees and retired professors who are not in full time employment)

How to Register
There are two methods of registration available:

1. Online
Register via the online registration form. Please note that registrations online must be paid for via credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

2. Manual
Complete and return the registration form via fax or mail to the conference managers, WALDRONSMITH Management. Completed registration form/s should be accompanied by payment.

SSL Security
The online registration form uses SSL Security and 128 bit encryption.

Confirmation / Delivery
All registrations, submitted either online or manual will be acknowledged via email (where available) upon receipt and full payment within 3–5 working days.

Cancellations Policy on Registrations / Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellations received in writing by WALDRONSMITH Management prior to Tuesday, 1 June 2010 will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to WALDRONSMITH Management.

Privacy Statement
Information provided by delegates at the time of registration will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering, sponsorship and exhibition. Data obtained will remain the property of WALDRONSMITH Management and the 2010 AFAANZ annual conference.

AFAANZ including WALDRONSMITH Management and their servants, agents, contractors and consultants will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss damage to their personal property as a result of the 2010 AFAANZ annual conference.
