IFAC requests your thinking on sustainability & accountancy education.

What needs to evolve?

As markets, investors and other stakeholders increasingly demand more sustainability information, and higher levels of trust in that information, professional accountants and academics have important roles to play.

Accountancy education—both pre- and post-qualification—also need to be considered through the lens of sustainability needs. Do the International Education Standards include the competencies professional accountants need for sustainability roles?

Your voice and insights are important. This is an opportunity to influence how the accountancy profession’s education and professional development respond to evolving and increasing sustainability needs.  Click HERE to go to the survey.
